All too often, in the rush to fix problems and move on to the next one, we don’t fully assess the issue and end up with a short-term patch rather than a long-term solution.  For employment matters it can be a good investment of time to undertake a full HR audit to understand the root cause of workforce issues and then develop an appropriate action plan to build on good practice and address any gaps.

  • Full health-check audit £625+VAT

An in-depth audit of record keeping, key HR processes (starters, leavers, recruitment, performance, absence etc), documentation, management capability to fully evaluate your risk along with a detailed report on our findings and recommendations in line with the strategic needs of your business.
